Based on your photos, it appears that you have mild form of malar hypoplasia (small cheek bones). This condition is best corrected with silicon cheek implants. They are placed throught an incision inside upper lip vestibulum. Lower, transconjuctival blepharoplasty, to address tear trough deformity, should be done in the same time.
