Hello, I have very full cheeks and very hollow under eyes. It has been this way since I was a small child. I really dislike the divot that forms when I smile. I went to a consultation and I was told I was not a good candidate for filler as my allergies might make the filler swell. Is there a more permanent procedure that can be done to add volume to the area? I was wondering if a fat transposition lower blepharoplasty could be used to fill in my hollow eyes?
