I would like to get a revision rhinoplasty soon to make my nose smaller. I would also like to get cheek implants at a later time. I’m concerned if I get the procedures in that order, the cheek implants would somehow make my nose appear wider or bigger. Is this possible? Any information is appreciated. Thank you!

Based on the side profile, I do think that you could benefit from cheek and chin implants. If you are hesitant to jump into that, you could consider fillers to the region to give you an idea of the change and see if this change is the long-term solution you seek.
I have placed and removed Medpor implants. They are more difficult to remove due to their porous nature and tend to fuse/stick to the soft tissues. However, they ARE removable.
