I’m planning to have two separate procedures performed by different surgeons, starting with rhinoplasty. How long should I wait after the rhinoplasty before undergoing a brow lift and upper/lower blepharoplasty?

If you plan to undergo nose and eye surgeries at different times, it is generally recommended to allow enough recovery time after the first procedure before proceeding with the second one.
Following rhinoplasty, swelling is not limited to the nose alone&mdash;it can affect the entire face to varying degrees depending on the individual. While major swelling typically subsides within 2–3 weeks, residual swelling can persist for 1–2 months, and in some cases, up to 6 months.
Because swelling can interfere with accurately assessing the condition of the eyes, it is advisable to either perform the nose and eye surgeries at the same time or wait at least 6 months after the first surgery before undergoing the second. This ensures more accurate evaluation and better surgical planning for optimal results.
