Revision Double Eyelid Surgery - my right eyelid retained my original monolid fold. Would a third surgery help? (Photos)

I got my double eyelids done for the first time in 2020. I noticed that my right eyelid retained my original monolid fold. I got a revision in 2021, but the problem still remains. IIs this fixable and would it be optimal if I undergo a third surgery? I just don't like the way that the skin ends up pushing my lashes down.

The chance of success for a third surgery would depend upon how the first two surgeries were performed. Did the surgeon properly perform a fixation between the skin and levator/tarsus? If the answer is yes, then a third surgery may still fail. If the question is no, then I would expect proper fixation would create a crease that is more crisp.

You have a mild crease asymmetry between your eyelids, with the right medial crease being slightly narrower. To improve this, a revision could be performed by dissecting the pretarsal skin down to the lid margin, which would help lift the skin that is pressing down on your eyelashes.”
