Whatever the injury was, it has left you with some petechiae and the possibility of some bruising in your breast. This can take a varying amount of time to resolve, but it inevitably does, even in light skin people such as yourself. Being patient as your body heals and resolves the bruising is your best way forward. I am not aware of any modalities that will appreciably speed this to resolution. Gentle bra support, and local measures such as ice or heat, depending upon which helps your discomfort, are the best way forward. Best wishes.

Without knowing more about your injury it's difficult to say if this is more than a bruise. The time it takes from them to resolve can vary, but they typically do. If you feel your implants may have been impacted you can visit with your surgeon for an evaluation. Otherwise the presence of your implants will not affect your healing from the injury.

Time will tell, but my best guess is that your skin will return to normal with enough time.
