Injury on breast left marks - Will this skin discoloration fade away by itself? (Photo)

Nicky999
I have had breast implants since 2017, 1050cc. I have had no issues up until this point. However I had recently had a minor injury to my left breast which has left some visible marks/bruising on my skin or what appears to be like a light rash on my skin. Looking it up, I believe it's called petechiae or what looks like it. I have had this for 1 week now and worried about the visibility of it. Will this skin discolouration fade away by itself? Or when can I expect to see my skin back to normal. I am quite pale skinned so it's very noticable. As well as this, I have been experiencing some tenderness/mild pain in the same breast. Should I be worried about this, as I only had very light impact and find it hard to believe that it would rupture blood vessels and cause this marking and mild pain.
