breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient.
When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.
Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.
Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.
You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Your pictures suggest that a 300-330 cc implant will achieve your goal of a C-cup, with the 300 being a smaller to middle C and the 330 leading to a larger C-cup. Either of these is likely to yield your target.

For you, as a small-framed, 5'7", 110-lb patient aiming for a natural C, the choice between 300 cc and 330 cc should be based on breast base width and profile, not on bra size labels. If your measured base width is ≤11.5–12 cm, a 300 cc moderate-plus typically results in a small/full C without overfilling. If your base width is closer to 12–12.5 cm, 330 cc moderate-plus can better match the footprint while still looking natural. Since 350 cc felt too big, 300 cc is the safer choice to avoid oversizing and tissue stretch. Confirm sizing with in-office sizers or 3D imaging during your in-person consultation with a board-certified surgeon to verify base width, tissue thickness, and profile before deciding between 300 and 330.

Patients often think in terms of cup size when considering augmentation. Unfortunately, devices are sized in terms of milliliters (cc) of volume. This can lead to some confusion when sizing. Additionally, it is important to remember that cup size itself is not standardized with variations from one manufacturer to another. Unfortunately, as many women can attest their cup size in an industry leader such as VS is not necessarily transferable to another brand.
Another point which is often under appreciated is that of anatomy and starting point. Any implant will add volume to the volume which is already present. The implant is additive. A particular volume will not necessarily confer the same cup size to different patients (often times it will not even confer the same cup size to different breasts in the same individual...remember they are "sisters" not "twins").
A general rule of thumb is that 125cc can represent somewhere between 1/2 to a full cup size increase. Smaller volume differentials (25-50cc) are typically less consequential representing a volume change of less than a shot glass. However, I have found these numbers, at least anecdotally, to be of little help. Patients often present with notions/goals which do not correlate with these sorts of sterile volumetric assessments.
When sizing patients, there are a number of useful tools including:
-3D imaging (has the added benefit of offering a volumetric analysis of the pre-operative breast)
-Breast sizers (rice bags)
-Goal photos
I also recommend that patients commit to a particular look rather than a cup size. Once a patient settles on a look that pleases them the overall cup size increase becomes less relevant.
With regards to your specific question, I would not struggle over small variations in size. 30 cc represents less volume than a shot glass and is unlikely to make or break a result.
As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. If you are size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the amount required to achieve your desired goal.

I would recommend either seeking additional consultations that fully inform you of your treatment options, and can give you the option of trialing various sizers in various profiles to provide you the best visual demonstration of what your outcome may approximate.

On a small frame like yours, a 300–330cc implant typically results in about a 2 cup size increase, which aligns well with your goal of reaching a C cup from an A cup.
From my experience, 330cc with a moderate profile is a reasonable choice. It's important to note that implants can appear about 10% smaller once placed inside the body, so what may seem slightly big during a try-on may look more natural post-op.
Ultimately, the difference between 300cc and 330cc is subtle, but if 350cc felt too big, 330cc should still give a full, natural result without being overwhelming.

I encourage you to return to your surgeon's office to discuss implant selection. Many have sample implants you can "try on" to give you an idea of how you may look after surgery. If you felt the 350cc implant was too large you may want to lean toward the 300cc implant if you want a more conservative look. Because you have more minimal breast tissue, the volume of the implant is similar to what you'll have after surgery.

Based on your nicely posted photos, a 30 cc difference is less than 1 ounce of fluid so a 300 to a 330 isn’t really much difference. The number one complaint after breast implant surgery as I wish I would’ve gone bigger so error on the side of a larger implant and use a 330. That is an over Internet opinion with no imp person examination or virtual examination. Maybe return for a secondary
