I am wondering what the highest profile Mentor implants are available for someone with a breast width of 14cm with a cc of 450cc as the MAX. ? Preferably a cc of 400cc.

Mentor has a high profile device option across all available gel offerings (Memory Gel, Xtra, and Boost).

Ultimately for the purposes of sizing, I encourage patients to decide on profile preference prior to volume. Given a patient's width, are they looking for more or less projection/volume? More projection/volume  higher profile. Once they have decided on their preferred look we can trial sizes in that given profile.

With regards to your specific question, at 14 cm - most higher profile Mentor offerings will exceed your stated 400-450 cc max range. Thus this raises the question, what takes priority- Profile or Volume?

The best advice that can be offered is to trial sizers and fall in love with a look rather than a number.
