Can I get implants after a lift with these scars? (Photos)

Question

I got a lift three years ago and had bad scarring. After losing 85 pounds and having a baby I lost more volume and still insecure with this indent from scarrin. Is it possible for a revision and implants to gain volume back and fix the indent?

Revisionary surgery while more complicated and challenging...remains an option.

I would suggest consideration of augmentation and revision mastopexy. Depending on the desired upsize, these can be staged or done simultaneously. The implant will restore volume while the mastopexy revision will address the scarring and shape.

From the photos you would have a nice improvement with a revision to your lift, which would include revision of the scars that concern you.  An implant could be added as well. Based on your nicely post of photos, if you only desire a moderate increase in the breast volume implant under 400 cc with Scory vision of dents can be done in one surgical session. I’m guessing the great majority of plastic surgeons will say you can definitely get implants and expect a good outcome.
The indentation should be correctable as well.
Breast lift / implant augmentation combined will have a higher revision rate.
