Based on what I see, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, and an overprojected nasal profile appearance. That means that your tip sticks out a bit too far, and this is associated with a small profile bump. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You would benefit from a brow lift that will decrease the vertical height of the forehead and lower the hairline. You do not need an upper or lower blepharoplasty. Your nose is slightly crooked and leaning to one side. You may benefit from a rhinoplasty to improve this. You would also benefit from an eccentric lip lift. An eccentric lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would benefit from a chin implant as well.
