Answer: Arms and thighs You would probably do very well with liposuction and minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion, and could avoid long scars and have quicker recovery.

Answer: Evaluating Mini Arm Lift and Inner Thigh Lift Options Thank you for reaching out and providing a comprehensive background on your weight loss journey and for sharing your photos. First and foremost, congratulations on your significant six-stone weight loss. That's an incredible accomplishment! Based on the information and images you've shared: Arms: You might be a good fit for a mini arm lift. However, considering your arm's appearance, VASER arm liposuction could potentially provide the results you seek. VASER liposuction not only helps in removing fat but also encourages skin tightening due to the heat generated. This procedure might help you achieve the arm contour you desire without the need for a more invasive surgical scar. Inner Thighs: For the inner thighs, a crescent thigh lift could be a possibility. This involves an incision placed discreetly in the groin region, from which excess skin can be excised. However, one of the concerns with this approach is the potential migration of the scar and possible labial spread. Given the nuances of both areas, I'd recommend starting with VASER liposuction for both the arms and thighs. The advantages of VASER liposuction include less invasiveness, reduced downtime, and avoidance of extensive scarring. If, after the results from VASER liposuction have fully manifested and you feel the need for further contouring, you could then consider the mini arm lift and crescent thigh lift. It's crucial to remember that the suggestions above are based on the provided information. A face-to-face consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will provide the most accurate advice tailored to your specific needs. Best wishes on your journey towards achieving the body contours you desire. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Try liposuction Hi, I reviewed your photos, and you seem to have some fatty tissue but not any excess skin on the arms and the inner thighs. Furthermore, I don't see any stretch marks. If that's the case, then liposuction will be enough to contour the areas of your concer.
