I had a primary septorhinoplasty 5 years ago, and have been self conscious of my nostrils and columella ever since. Can this be fixed no surgically as I would like to avoid a complex revision if possible. Thanks

It is common to have some asymmetries. Healing process continues particularly until first year. I woul advise you to wait for another few months before you decide if you would consider a localised revision of the scar.
