Is Teorhinoplasty safe?

I saw some surgeons talking about the Teorhinoplasty technique to lift the tip and how this technique doesn’t make the tip drop after years. What is it exactly? And is it safe?

Teorhinoplasty is a surgical technique that is pioneered by Dr. Teoman Dogan in Turkey. There are different ways to perform a rhinoplasty, and this is just one of many ways to do it. Like any technique, it is safe when done by a skilled rhinoplasty surgeon.

Just bear in mind that any technique is only as good as the surgeon performing it. Also when a new procedure is introduced there is a learning curve, meaning it takes a while to work the bugs out. So don't be too quick to jump on this.

Theorhinoplasty is actually a modified version of several techniques that have been used for years.It is a different variation of the septal extension graft that I have been using to provide tip support in suitable patients for many years.It is not possible to say that any rhinoplasty technique is completely safe, but when the appropriate technique is selected for the patient, the complication rate will be minimal.
