You have two issues. First the concept of a mini facelift is a bad idea. You end up cutting corners and getting a mediocre result. The other issue in your case is that your jawline doesn’t have proper support which is why your earlobe dragged down. If the earlobes were shaped properly the result would’ve been better

Hello! At 12 months, there can still be improvements and relaxation of the skin. If tightness is present, steroid injections and deep-tissue massaging can help. If there is still discomfort or signs of suture tracking, then a revision procedure may be indicated.
