Sill have laxity & looks odd after Kybella & endoscopic midface lift - can this be fixed?

If the problem can't be defined, it can't be fixed. Grafted fat, whether you call it nano fat, micro fat, or just grafted fat, it is a terrible product too put into the fat (yes, I know surgeons love it but they shouldn't.). Graft fat is like injecting scar tissue. Hate it. It is clear that your eyelids have been profoundly altered by this recent surgery. I think a lot could be done to help your eye area. I have very powerful and reliable methods of addressing these issues and I suspect it will help your appearance. I will caution you about chasing more help in the lower face. Well meaning surgery can cause substantial further harm trying to make a fix.

If your neck and jowls are loose a standard facelift would be helpful. Fat transfer? As you say “crap”.
