Sill have laxity & looks odd after Kybella & endoscopic midface lift - can this be fixed?

Face widened, lower lids pulling down, brows raised in middle & look awful with same laxity. 43 w laxity due to Kybella being poorly administered to jowl area (now know was a no-no) and under chin. Because Kybella is such a crap product I went to seek a plastic surgeon to help. I was thinking some fat grating but he suggested deep plane neck and face lift due to laxity. Ended up doing endoscopic mid face because less scars. Added brow to lift tail but he lifted entire brow and put fat in forehead. I still have laxity and look so odd. can it be fixed? And yes I should have left face alone
