9 months post-op - should I be concerned about my earlobes? (Photos)

Should I be concerned about my earlobes? I'm 9 months post-surgery and I've noticed that my earlobes are very gradually becoming more stretched down as my face settles. If they stay as they are now, it'll be fine but I'm worried what they'll look like in a few more months or years if they continue to stretch as my face continues to age. If someone ends up with 'pixie ears' does that tend to develop over time? How invasive is the procedure for correcting it?
