9 months post-op - should I be concerned about my earlobes? (Photos)

Pixie ears don't have any rounding in the bottom but a straight line like attachment to the cheek. It is very unlikely that you will develop pixie ears. However, if you develop pixie ears they can be easily corrected with a minor procedure under local anesthesia.

Your earlobes are not terrible but they could be improved. There is too much attachment to the cheek. They need to be rounded out and released from the cheek. This is not difficult to do but many surgeons don’t know how which is why they ended up this way to begin with
