You could probably get by with a necklift but it would not lift the jowls. A facelift is neck and midface, which often produces a more balanced look even though it is more extensive. You are young to consider a facelift but based on the photos I am not confident that nonsurgical approaches would do what you want.

This procedure will undermine the connection between the skin and the underlying musce/fascia, remove any submental fat, tighten the muscles, and remove the excess skin for a tight neck. It will also address the jowls and the upper cheeks with a lift.
