Hi, I’d like to find out what minor surgical options might be possible just to fix nasal assumetry - I’ve had a full rhinoplasty consultation and don’t want to go whole hog but there’s excess skin/cartilage on one side, even when I use my fingers to straighten the tip there’s still assymetry so just seems to be more cartilage one side. Is there a minor procedure that can trim this excess down a bit and improve the assymetry? Or can filler be injected the other side to even it out?
