Please keep mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any cases. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. If you are not having issues breathing through the right side of your nose, you may wish to consider microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections to fill the indentation below your nasal bone along your right nasal sidewall. If this concavity is associated with obstructed breathing on the right side, a cartilage spreader graft may be a better idea for filling the void and for improving your Airway. Hello, hope you are well. This can be fixed with open septorhinoplasty to reconstruct the middle third of the nose (the midvault). Cartilage grafting is required to correct the depression in the side of the nose, and the best source of cartilage is the nasal septum. Nasal bone irregularities and asymmetry can also be corrected via this approach.
