Upper lateral cartilage has been displaced causing a dent - can this be easily fixed? (photos)

Witty549081
Hello, I think my upper lateral cartilage has been displaced through trauma to the nose which has caused a depression in the right side of the nose just below the nose bone and I can see the top of the nose bone through the skin, it also looks to be no longer connected to the lower lateral cartilage, can this be easily fixed, thank you.
