I had a failed septoplasty which left me with a perforated septum, asymetrical nostrils and did not correct the deviation. I then had a revision surgery and a graft was done for the perforation and they straightened my septum. However my nostrils are still asymetrical, indicating this is acaudal septum deviation? As someone who has head two operations, what options do I have? I just really want my nostrils back to normal. Thanks.

This could be from cartilage damage or cartilage infection or surrounding soft tissue infection. You will need to see someone to evaluate the actual cause. It can probably be cut out and corrected surgically.

The rhinoplasty is an intricate, complicated operation, and should not be done at the same time as sinus surgery. A septoplasty is often part of a rhinoplasty, so combining those two is perfectly okay.
Do you know whether you *must* have the sinus cysts corrected? If that's an optional...
Nostril asymmetry is common both before and after surgery. Yours is of a modest degree. If your turbinates are swollen they can be injected with steroids to reduce them and improve your breathing
