I had the septoplasty on Oct 2023 , with spreader grafts and partial septoplasty. I’ve since been back twice to see my surgeon. I complained both sides that my right nostril kept caving in , and I can’t breathe at all out of the right side of my nose. He looked in and said it was fine and there was nothing else he could do , but that the turbinates are swollen. My nose now curves even more , and my nostrils are crooked and one caved in. Is this normal ?
