I suffer from constant sinus infections, headaches and breathing issues. I just had a CT scan and I have a deviated septum, septal spur, bilateral concha bullosa, hyper trophy of the turbinates and ridicular cysts involving the maxillary second and third molars. Would it be possible to have a plastic surgeon fix all of this in one surgery or would I need an ENT? I already have a large nose that I am not happy with and would like to have it corrected at the same time if possible. Please help!
