8 months post op - Can my canthopexy be reversed? (Photos)

Question

I had canthopexy 'cats eyes' as apart of my FFS (which was botched) 8 months ago. It was suggested by my surgeon and I regret it, I really hate it and think it looks really unnatural and ugly. Plus my eyes are now different. There's pics from different views plus a before. Can this be reversed? I'm really depressed about it.

Canthopexy, particularly when performed as part of facial feminization surgery, can sometimes result in an unnatural appearance or asymmetry if not executed properly. While full reversal may not always be possible, revision surgery by an experienced oculoplastic or facial reconstructive surgeon can often significantly improve the eye shape, restore symmetry, and achieve a more natural aesthetic. Surgical options may include releasing or repositioning the lateral canthus, correcting tension or malposition, and addressing any functional issues such as lid retraction or exposure symptoms.
