How can i make my right eye more positively tilted so it’s the same degree as my left? I know fixing sclera show would help but i ideally want to keep my sclera show as despite it not being the conventional opinion i actually like the look. I was thinking of a temporal brow lift but as far as im aware that will also reduce sclera show. Would a canthoplasty to raise the corner of the right eye work for this purpose? Any surgery or non surgical ideas? Thank you v much.

We should be able to improve that quite a bit. The scar can be revised, volume can be improved, and symmetry can be made better. There are many options.
