It’s been 2 years since I had a rhinoplasty I’m a straight male who had surgery after a serious of hits to the face. One of which I was jumped by a group of 6 and also stabbed multiple times. I’m really struggling to accept the excessive amount of surgery that was done to my nose, it was meant to be extremely minimal closed procedure, but so much was done and now my nose looks feminine, the surgeon wants nothing to do with it, I can’t afford revision surgery I just feel stuck any advice?
Answer: How you may benefit from non-surgical rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. I’m sorry to hear about your injuries and unsatisfactory rhinoplasty results. If you aren’t considering revision surgery at this time, you may benefit from a non-surgical rhinoplasty that uses dermal fillers to improve your nose’s shape and symmetry. An expert injector will be able to examine your nasal tissue, including cartilage and bone, to determine how well your current nose shape harmonizes with your face. They’ll then be able to administer filler in strategic locations around and on your nose to produce the desired result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. They will be able to review your medical history, discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you, and help you decide on the best treatment option.

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with the results of your rhinoplasty surgery. It sounds like you've been through a difficult time with the injuries to your face and the subsequent surgery. If you're unhappy with the results of your surgery, the first step is to schedule a consultation with your original surgeon to discuss your concerns. However, if your surgeon is not willing to address your concerns or you're unable to afford revision surgery with them, you may want to consider seeking a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty. There may be options available to you for financing revision surgery, such as payment plans or medical financing. You can discuss these options with your surgeon or with a financial consultant at the surgical center. It's important to remember that revision surgery can be more complex than the initial surgery, so it's important to find a qualified surgeon who has experience with revision rhinoplasty. They can evaluate your individual situation and determine the best course of treatment for your specific needs. In addition to seeking revision surgery, you may also want to consider talking to a therapist or counselor to help you process your feelings about the surgery and the trauma you experienced. This can be a difficult and emotional process, and having support can be helpful. Ultimately, it's important to prioritize your health and well-being, both physically and emotionally. Seeking the help of a qualified surgeon and mental health professional can be important steps in achieving this. I hope this helps, best of luck !
