In similar situations I've handled - patients with greater than 2mm tooth show - I did not use a traditional (bullhorn) lip lift, as it would have most certainly led to exaggerated tooth show. Whether or not you're a candidate for a V-Y advancement or other surgical/non-surgical volumization depends on your aesthetic goals, which you didn't specify.
