What's the difference between lip lift incisions that go under the nostril vs. into the nostril to hide the scar? (Photo)

I have consulted at a few offices and some surgeons and a lot of instagram surgeons say to cut under the nostril sill for a lip lift. Others say to go into the nostril so it hides the scar. Is there a benefit to one or the other? Ideally it would be nice to not have a huge scar under my nose. Do you think I'd be a good candidate for a lip lift? I have asian skin and am worried about a scar. Would my nasal sill be affected if cut into the nostril? Thank you!
