What can I do to correct bumpy scar and itching 15 months after lip lift? (photos)

My lip lift was done with some other facial surgeries and it came out great. The only problem is that my skin grew over the stitches around the nose and they never healed. It’s still visible after a 15 months and looks bumpy in spots and with lines. I don’t know if there is any way to fix it. It’s also so itchy- I’m constantly itching my nose, especially there are bumps on either side of the nose and it drives me crazy. I’ve had micro needling with Prp, laser, and use silicone but it remains.
