I had a great experience with Dr. Lal and his team. Prior to the appointment, they were responsive to my emails and phone calls. They invite patients to send in photos and submit email inquiries prior to the initial appointment in order to streamline the process. Dr. Lal demonstrated that he is a knowledgeable and classy physician with a fantastic bedside manner. He and his staff were amazing and really made you feel comfortable.

Relocating from Chicago to Scottsdale, I realized that I could not continue to fly back every time I needed filler or had a skin issue. My trusted Chicago dermatologist enthusiastically recommended Dr. Lal to me. I went to Dr. Lal requesting a long term approach focused on combating aging but with natural looking results. I needed to look like me, but me looking my very best!

Dr. Lal is incredible – intelligent, caring, personable – it is obvious that he enjoys helping his patients, and he takes the time to listen to them and address their needs. As a double-board certified dermatologist, he works with the latest procedures and tools. I enjoy following his instagram because the work he does for his patients is cutting edge. He is a true artist – I have started a Sculptra plan (4 treatments) which is already helping to stimulate collagen production in my face (no more need for cheek filler). He also injected Volbella into my nose to give me the profile I have always dreamed of (like a non- surgical nose job). I am happy when I look in the mirror – and Dr. Lal’s work has a lot to do with that. I trust no one else to touch my face.

Dr. Lal is seriously amazing! I wanted to do something to freshen up my skin and he suggested a Sciton NanoLaserPeel. The procedure itself was super comfortable and I could not be happier with my results!

I came to Dr. Lal with concern for hair loss on my head and lower face. He created an easy plan for me to treat my problem and I have already noticed significant results within a month. Dr Lal, best referred to as Sirdermzalot, is spectacular at his craft. Knowledgeable, personable and highly educated. I had lipo performed on my abdomen and back fat. I failed to mention I was awake the entire time with topical numbing, plus injected numbing agent and felt no pain. I left wrapped with gauze and only had to regauze myself one additional time. I didn’t have a drip bag, not sure why anyone still does traditional Lypo. His method is the absolute best during procedure, recovery and results.

Dr. Lal is very personable. He cared about my comfort level during the procedure. I felt in good hands. The outcome was better than I expected, being 70 years old. He is like a cheerleader and was very excited about the results.

I chose the "Treatment" title of Laser Scar Removal, because my procedure wasn't an option, but I had treatment for Xanthelasma, done by Dr. Karan Lal.

Dr. Lal is absolutely awesome! From the moment he entered the exam room, I felt so much less stress about the removal of my two areas of Xanthelasma. I knew from my research that his credentials were beyond great, but that doesn't always equate to a relatable, caring doctor. In this case, it definitely does. He took more than enough time going over everything with me, and walked me through each step of the laser treatment. I almost don't want to give glowing reviews or refer him to others, because I don't want to have to share him! But I will. Everyone should have the advantage of seeing a truly skilled, caring doctor like Karan Lal.

Dr. Karan Lal is excellent! Not only did he do an amazing job but was also very attentive! He addressed all my concerns and did an amazing job with my Botox and filler! I wouldn’t trusts anyone else with my face from now on! He was also teaching his assistants which says a lot about him!

Where do i even begin i had been dealing with a muscocele for over a year and it totally was messing with my confidence . I had been to many doctors and none seem to want to prioritize my needs or the fact that it needed to be removed .

Dr.Lal was the first one to hear my concerns and create a plan of action. I felt heard , safe and that he was the right person to remove this cyst from my lip . I had fears of my lip being damaged or leaving scarring . Its been over 2 weeks and as he promised my lip has healed BEAUTIFULLY!!

We also addressed some skin texture concerns, big pores and also how to treat me with botox without making it look too intense .

We went ahead and did various procedures the carbon facial & Prp and the results have been amazing. My skin is glowing and my texture has smoothed to about 92%.

Not only did we address skin related concerns we also address pre mature balding from
Head . We went ahead and created another plan to prevent this from getting any worse .

I am so happy to have met Dr Lal and really take In his advice . I see myself with him for the rest of my life. I am a nervous person in general and through every procedure he has made me fee like it would all
Be okay .

Dr. Lal and his staff provided an excellent experience for in-office liposuction and laser. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and provides such an anxiety free environment. I was very nervous about electing for liposuction this way but would 100% do it over again. Relatively fast, and painless.
