I'm a 38 year-old male, set to undergo a type 3 forehead procedure for a prominent brow-bone in a few weeks, followed by rhinoplasty and genioplasty to further balance my top-heavy profile. I chose not to have all three performed at once. While there is plenty of info on recovery time, there’s no real indication of how long it normally takes for the sinus bones to heal and fuse together. How long after the brow-bone reduction is it safe to undergo an open rhinoplasty?
