I'm an 18 year old female and I have always had trouble with this masculine brow protrusion, I don't think I that have a prominent sinus bone, it's more from the frontal bone. I don't have a problem getting a longer forehead from the coronal incision, if it were to happen. Would I also need to get fat grafts to obtain a more rounder feminine forehead?

We do a lot of these procedures. The bone above can be set back, but not completely. That's a good way to reduce the prominence there. I recommend that more than any kind of implant. Also, some hair grafts are an option to reduce the amount of visible scalp.
