Areola revision too round - can medical tattooing help adjust the shape?

Hi there, I’m curious following a revision of scars on my areola, which I must say has gone very well. However, my areola is now so perfectly round with precise edges that it looks really quite fake! Like a pepperoni slice lol. I wondered if medical tattooing could perhaps adjust the shape so it doesn’t look quite so precisely drawn on ?! Any ideas appreciated! Thanks so much! Lou
