12 months post septorhinoplasty, surgeon used push down technique, bridge over reduced, SEG graft placed in. Above all without detailed discussion of risks. Is the bridge fixable? - thin skin. Will cartilage graft be visable through the skin? What are my options? Skin appears thickened and scarred what are the options for improvement of skin?
