Hi from Istanbul! Based on your description, achieving a more refined tip and reducing the projection of your nose is possible. This can be accomplished by carefully excising excess cartilage to reduce the bulbosity of the nasal tip, combined with tip plasty, which will also help in enhancing the shape of your nostrils.
