I noticed that my philtrum seems advanced. Like it attached to my nose too close to the tip of my nose. Is this something that can be fixed? And how? Can it be done with a rhinoplasty?

Answer: Repair of the underprojected tip, hanging columella, and tension lip deformity.
If somebody has an inclusion cyst on their skin, many times we will make a small hole in the cyst with a needle, and squeeze out the contents. This rarely leads to a mark, and it may be curative in the right person. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
My concern is that since you had surgical procedures above below and on both sides of your nose, if you have rhinoplasty too soon, it might lead to excessive swelling. Certainly start visiting rhinoplasty specialists for a more definitive answer to your question. Good luck! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
It's done your singular photo, you appear to have a droopy tip and a dorsal hump. Issues are commonly addressed during rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a less distracting and more feminine nasal profile appearance. Wishing you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
