Any hope with facial fat transfer reversal?

I had a full facial fat transfer exactly a yea ago (under eye, cheeks, temples). Luckily it doesn't look bad, nor lumpy. However, I am still not quite satisfied with the results. I know it is a difficulty procedure to reverse. However, since there are only minor touch ups I would love to make, (such as adding a bit of contour to my cheeks) is there anything I can to do to help hollow out the cheek even a little bit? Lipo dissolving injections? RF treatment?

That is a very delicate procedure considering that fat grafts are placed in multiple layers. Liposuction with a fine cannula and corticosteroid injection are some of the options. It is best to discuss this issue with your surgeon who knows where most of the grafts are located. Hope this helps.

Reducing grafted fat in the face is difficult. I do not recommend techniques that are imprecise or unpredictable to do this, because your results could end up quite different than what you had anticipated. I suggest you avoid making your own assessments or trying to come up with your own treatment plan. Find the most experienced providers in your community for this procedure and get professional assistance. 
To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they touch. You should also ask for a copy of your operative report. Bring all of these for inperson second opinion consultations with other experience providers to get a quality assessment and better understanding of what good treatment options would include. Radio frequency treatment typically does not reduce subcutaneous fat. This happens occasionally as an undesirable side effect. It’s not predictable and it’s not something you should rely upon for fat reduction. The potential fat reduction is also highly imprecise, and may not reflect what your needs are.
