One option for scleral show would be to tighten the lower eyelid. It is difficult to guide you to what procedure you specifically need without examining you, but if with scleral show present, generally speaking, this means the lower eyelid is lax and not tight enough. Procedures that can improve this depend on the severity of the laxity of the lower lid. This ranges from a canthopexy (just tightening of the ligament that attaches the lower lid to the orbital rim), a canthoplasty (taking down the ligament and reinserting it), or a tarsal strip procedure (shortening the tarsus of the lower lid and reinserting it into the bone).
Each of these procedures can tighten the lower lid and should therefore decrease your scleral show.
