I have double eye bags which I would like to find out how to fix. I really don’t like filler for the under eyes but I am open to injections and other procedures. I am 30 so I also would like to know if this is something that a lifestyle change or at home device could tix or if it’s something only a procedure can.

Thank you for your inquiry! By your photos, it looks like you would be a great candidate for a lower bleph procedure as that procedure will remove fullness to your lower eyelids. The photograph is very limited, but it appears that you have herniated fat pads in the lower lids. It's important to understand that there are three compartments of fat under each lower lid, and the amount of bags present at age 30 is usually genetic. A trans -conjunctival lower eyelid surgery can accomplish removal of those bags under a brief general anesthesia, which takes about 30 minutes. Anticipate about 10 days of visible bruising and swelling, even though the incision is completely located on the inside of the eyelid.
