Can the lower eyelids be lifted vertically? (photo)

My lower eyelids are a bit saggy. Can they be lifted up vertically? Not diagonally which is what canthoplasty does I believe.

I would not go back to your current surgeon for help. It is highly unlikely that they know how to approach this. To answer your question, no botox will not fix this. For that matter, filler will also not fix this. For the purpose of discussion here, I will assume you have not flipped this...

Having one eye bigger than the other is mostly due to genetics and age. Uneven eyes don’t need treatment unless caused by a medical condition or if their vision is impaired. If it is a cosmetic concern, we recommend treatments such as Botox, a brow lift, or a blepharoplasty procedure.
