Best Whitening Cream for Dark Scars?

I scratch and peel my wounds. It's a bad habit, and I now have scars everywhere like dark spots on arms and legs. What would be the best cream to remove those scars as fast as possible?

Pigment comes from melanocytes. Hydroquinone is gold standard....4% has been the traditional dose. Some custom pharmacies will concentrate to 8%. Does not work over night and may take months.
Broad band/Intense pulse light treatments are also efficacious in less dark skin types. Consult with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for best option.

There are many products out there but I recommend the Melarase AM and Melarase PM creams as a regimen to reduce such hyperpigmentation. I find them to be very effective for my patients.As well, a broad spectrum high SPF sunscreen will help reduce sund damage which promotes the pigmentation process. Spectrase from Kare Skin is a great product.
