How can I get rid of dark hyperpigmented scars from shaving my buttocks? They've been here like for ever..... and they won't go away. Help?

This type of scar is very difficult to remove. I would NOT recommend surgery or lasers. I would consider a series of chemical peels and an agent that contains hydroquinone.  A consultation with a qualified dermatologist will definitely be helpful for you.
