Minoxidil is not necessary after FUE hair transplant surgery. If you are concerned it is best to discuss this with your doctor.
It is just a recommendation after a hair transplantation but it is not a must. It helps protecting overall your hair.
Although Minoxidil is not "neccessary" after a hair transplant it is helpful. The transplanted hairs are naturally protected against hair loss however the untransplanted hairs are not.Minoxidil helps maintain the untransplanted hairs which in turn adds to density and improves overall results.
No, no medicine after a transplant is 'required'. However, there's a reason why Minoxidil is recommended by the large majority of doctors, so it would likely be in your best interest to at least try it to help with your hair growth.
Minoxidil is unnecessary after a hair transplant if it is done correctly. I have studied this and found that minoxidil offers no value to the transplanted grafts
During the surgery your grafts will be transplanted together with your "old" hairs and those hair will fall out.Sometimes they stay longer and fall off after a while. Maybe you mean this but to be sure please consult with your surgeon and let him/her explain the situation.
We recommend our patients to trim their hair with a scissor after the surgery. Using a shaver should be avoid but please consult with your surgeon about his after care instructions.
The Second FUE transplant will grow at about the same time as the first transplant you had done. No problem having multiple FUE provided that the donor area holds up
