Minoxidil is not necessary after FUE hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to discuss this with your doctor.

Although Minoxidil is not "neccessary" after a hair transplant it is helpful.The transplanted hairs are naturally protected against hair loss however the untransplanted hairs are not.Minoxidil helps maintain the untransplanted hairs which in turn adds to density and improves overall results.

No, no medicine after a transplant is 'required'. However, there's a reason why Minoxidil is recommended by the large majority of doctors, so it would likely be in your best interest to at least try it to help with your hair growth.

Minoxidil is unnecessary after a hair transplant if it is done correctly. I have studied this and found that minoxidil offers no value to the transplanted grafts
