I have a long nice nose, but little fat just under the thin skin. When i take accutane pills people think i had a nose job! or when apply retinol cream on it, my nose turns to a perfect thin nose. Is there a permenabt procedure to remove little fat under the skin that causes small bumps under the skin and a fuller nose.
