My nose has a gap at the tip. What is the proper way to fix it? (Photo)

My nose has a gap at the tip and it's slightly curved as well. It bothers me especially when i see myself at some photos, because of the shadow it causes. Can this be permanently fixed with a filler?

Dear Tam72Looking at 3rd photograph, it appears that your entire tip is twisted and leading to the columella shift. I suspect you would need a revision of your tip if after 6-9 months it still looks twisted and that bothers you. If you feel its not noticeable, no need for surgery.

There is an old dictum in plastic surgery: it's easier to take off more than to take off less." Rhinoplasty is not an exact science like constructing a house. You can do the same surgical maneuvers on two different patients and get different results. I suggest you give it a full year to heal...

The nostrils can be made more symmetric through either open or closed approach.  Either the left-sided nostril has to be brought down or the right-sided nostril has to be brought upwards to match the other side.RegardsDr. J

Thank you for providing images, getting that angle can be extremely tough! While some crusting is to be expected where the sutures are, most rhinoplasty surgeons like to use dissolving stitches where you have those crusts and they can certainly react differently in different patients.  Things ...

Hello,In all likelihood it is an on-lay graft that was placed at the top of the bridge, an area known as the radix. I usually stays affixed in its pocket, but may have been inadvertently released by trauma. It is concerning your surgeon though it was a lipoma, as that would be a reportable case...
