45 days after FUE of 4000 grafts now all transplanted hair had fallen . but the fallen hair is like a hook or breaked end some time with scrub or not . ls this normal ?

Answer: It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery. Your photo shows a normal hair.
It sounds like a very normal shedding after any hair transplant surgery.If you have a major concern do not spend time with the forums and directly visit your doctor.
