Mastopexy with Nipple Preservation - what will give the best chance to save nipple sensation? (Photos)

I am currently in the process of looking at options for breast reduction surgery. Background: I had a complicated abscess of my left breast 13 years ago which required multiple aspirations, a small and eventually a large bore drain. I did also have quite a large tunnel from the abscess and from the large bore drain which stayed in for nearly 2 weeks. This left me with some mild internal fibrosis, a post drain scar, and some loss of mass of my left breast. I had very uncomfortable hypersensitivity of the left nipple for 2-3 years which gradually improved. My biggest concern with breast reduction is loss of nipple sensation. I know it is never guaranteed but I wanted to do as much research taking into account my past history of breast disease. I am a 36G and I would prefer to prioritise nipple sensation over reduced size. Should i go down to 36D-DDD or have a smaller reduction. Would I need to look for a plastic surgeon that specialises in breast cancereconstructive breast surgery? I really appreciate any suggestions and advice
