Concerning dent and flattening in left breast (Photo)

I’m 4.5 months post op. My left breast has a dent in the crease, it flattens when I lift up my arm and I feel chest muscle contracting when I do anything with my left arm. Dent started at 8 weeks and has gotten bigger. I have contacted my surgeon but would like a second opinion as he said he’d never seen this dent on his patient before.

It is unlikely that these color changes are related to your breast augmentation/lift surgery since they show up so late. They appear mostly around milk ducts and may be something to do with it? Do you have any similar color changes else around your body?

I would recommend an implant, Galaflex (internal bra for support), and a anchor pattern style lift. I do not think it matters to stage the procedure if the implant is placed below the muscle at the time of the lift.

Hi! To be honest you need a lift. This will set the nipple in the right place and will help increase the fullness in the upper pole. At this point, I would consider fat grafting and an implant.
