Can you combine double eyelid surgery and traditional (bilateral) blepharoplasty in the same operation?

during double eyelid surgery is it possible to combine it with the traditional blepharoplasty removing excess/loose eyelid skin? to achieve a double eyelid crease as well as removing unwanted skin in the same procedure?
