I’m 46. I get Botox every 3 months in these areas. What can I do to prevent under eye and nose wrinkling when I smile? It drives me nuts. Maybe my Botox is not applied correctly. Would an under eye skin pinch help? Or filler or prp? I’ve done lasers and microneedling with RF too.

The lines next to your nose when you smile are called bunny lines. Our experience, 10 to 15 units of Botox are adequate for minimizing these. After 25 years, we have not had good success in minimizing under eye creepy wrinkled skin with botox. Under eye wrinkled skin may respond better to Morpheus 8 treatments.

You need to treat this with botox. Talk to your injector about this. They either are not injecting it or not doing enough but you basically need to treat your bunnies and rthe orbicularis oculi right below the lash line. Based on these photos, you do not appear to be a ccandidate for a skin pinch lower bleph.
