Is the natural anatomy of my right eye suitable for a parallel eyelid crease shape like my left eye's without the need for an epicanthoplasty? I am Asian with natural double eyelids and looking to improve their symmetry. To be clear, I have been medically examined and do not have ptosis in my left eyelid.

There are several ways of correcting epicanthic folds. They all include rearranging the skin. But it’s hard to get a seamless result. I wouldn’t even risk doing it.
